This afternoon, we were made aware of a positive Covid-19 test result of a child in Y8. Following guidance from the public health body managing school outbreaks and applying the rules and arrangements of our risk assessment, we are sending the whole of Y8 home to self-isolate. A letter will be posted this afternoon/evening with details. Do not send your child to school tomorrow. Children in Y8 travelling home today on the bus will be kept at school to be collected by families rather than mixing with children from other year groups.
